ScreenPRO 300 Computer-to-Screen (CTS) Imaging System
Features a single Ricoh GEN 4 printhead. The Screen PRO 300 is perfect for smaller shops where productivity and cost are key considerations. The system supports screen frame sizes of up to
26" x 36" (66 x 91 cm ). The ScreenPRO 300 can easily produce up to 100 screens
per shift. Without on-board exposure, the price point is kept to a minimum, allowing customers to use their existing standalone exposure units.
The ScreenPRO 300 is designed to fit through a 32" (81 cm) doorway, and comes complete with computer, monitor, and software that gives operators complete control of all print & RIP parameters. The ScreenPRO 300 shares the high-quality build with the ScreenPRO 600, and includes the same exceptional technical and customer service and support that Advanced Inkjet customers have come to expect!
Adapters are available for all pre-registration systems including ROQ, MHM, and M&R.
Adjustable Frame Fixture
Adjustable Frame Fixture provides fast setup for screen frames of various sizes, up to 635 mm × 914.4 mm (25" × 36").
Locating Blocks and Support Frames
The screen support module ensures perfect imaging and exposure.
Shuttle Gantry Design
The Y Axis drive system comprised of a servo driven, high resolution ball screw provides smooth, accurate movement.
Print Head Maintenance Module
Compact print head maintenance module allows automatic purging, wiping and capping.
